Our Community Hall
Our Community Hall makes an ideal rehearsal space for actors or musicians and is suitable for meetings, training events and community groups.
The Hall measures approximately 9 metres by 8 metres, though the space is interrupted by four pillars. The refurbished space includes a well-equipped kitchen with a hatch to serve the Hall.
The space has central heating and 4 double electrical sockets, with plenty more sockets in the kitchen.
If arranged in advance, a Yamaha Digital Piano is available.
There is plenty of capacity 'off-peak' and for those who can work around other regular activities in the building. There are no regular free slots on weekday evenings (though possibly some availability during school holidays).
Do ask about our hire rates per hour if you might be interested in using our premises. From 1st January 2023 the Standard hourly rate for use of the hall is £30.00. Community/charitable/not-for-profit groups usually qualify for a Community Rate with a 50% discount.

For larger groups, rehearsal (and performance) space might be available in the church, which has a large open sanctuary area and comfortable seating for 130 people (with possible extra capacity in the gallery).
There is a baby grand piano, a Yamaha digital piano and, in the gallery, an organ.
