The parish of Saint Silas, Pentonville is situated in one of the most deprived areas of the inner city in the diocese of London. The cafe culture of  Islington and the gentrification of King's Cross has not yet reached the parish. As a church we receive no government subsidy but with your support, we can do so much more. Why not join the weekly envelope scheme? This simple gift of generosity makes such a difference to the way we manage our affairs. Each weekly envelope is date stamped which means that if  you are unable to attend Sunday Mass, you can continue to support  the parish in your absence by putting your contribution aside.  

Gift Aid it! If you pay tax to the UK government, by simply signing a Gift Aid form we can reclaim 28p for every pound you give. It's as simple as that and it doesn't cost you a penny more. Gift Aid forms are available in church.
